Came in Hakuba to relax and have fun, this hotel was great base for doing it. Got queen room as expected, appreciated it. The bar staff does a fabulous job. The location was amazing and adjacent to places we visited.

Everything was as expected: VERY GOOD stuff and location. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
Our bed was quite uncomfortable.
